Step 2 - Your First Appointment
Your first session will last half an hour. You will be able to talk about your situation and what you would like from therapy. At the end of the half hour you can decide whether therapy is for you.
If you decide to proceed then I will take some basic details such as name, address, GP etc, this will take a further 30 minutes.
All information shared will be treated with respect and kept in confidence.
Step 3 - Make your Regular Appointments
You can make a regular appointment with me for an agreed number of sessions to begin with (usually 6 to 12), usually this is the same time and day of the week as agreed and to be reviewed after 6 to 12 sessions.
