I adhere strictly to their code of Ethics for Professional Practice and my work is subject to their complaints procedure.
Record Keeping and Confidentiality
I ensure Confidentiality is key to our work. It is not broken under any but the most exceptional circumstances, and in almost all cases with your consent.
Business records are kept apart from any therapeutic notes. They are securely stored and destroyed inline with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
